A1 came to me via Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Control. I say he rescued me when I needed him most. He has been such a good friend and buddy to me. People often ask about his name and the story is a little amusing, so I will share. When I got him, he did not have a name at the shelter, so we had to identify him via his shelter number which began with A1xxxx. I was trying to think of a new name for him and overnight, my sister-in-law had a package sent to him overnight. When I got up in the morning and found the package addressed to A1 and thus the name stuck. He is forever my sweet A1.
A1 has achieved titles in both CFA and TICA becoming the most decorated cat in my cattery. He is a Regional Winner for the 2024-2025 season in both organizations. He also has granded in CFA and TICA.
