1 can evaporated goats milk

1 or 2 Tbsp Karo (Dextrose is better)
1 package unflavored gelatin 8 oz hot water
1 egg yolk
  1. Disolve the gelatin in the water and let it cool
  2. Stir in the Karo
  3. Mix in the evaporated goats milk
  4. wisk the egg yolk in slowly to temper as if making hollandaise

I use ice cube trays to let it set and freeze. Then I remove the cubes and put into a frezer back and store in the freezer. Each cube is about the right size to feed a couple of ittens and maybe even have some left for mom.

This is very nutritious and mom's can benefit from it also.
