1 can evaporated goats milk |
1 or 2 Tbsp Karo (Dextrose is better) |
| 1 package unflavored gelatin | 8 oz hot water |
| 1 egg yolk |
- Disolve the gelatin in the water and let it cool
- Stir in the Karo
- Mix in the evaporated goats milk
- wisk the egg yolk in slowly to temper as if making hollandaise
I use ice cube trays to let it set and freeze. Then I remove the cubes and put into a frezer back and store in the freezer. Each cube is about the right size to feed a couple of ittens and maybe even have some left for mom.
This is very nutritious and mom's can benefit from it also.
