Ingredients

Chicken (white and dark) or protein of your choice (I sometimes use pork loin) Sardines in water
Oatmeal or brown rice (for fiber) Kitty Bloom VM 900+3
Eggs (depending on the amount of meat) Kitty Bloom Kalac
Avocado Oil Sea Salt (or Kosher Salt)

Cooking instructions

Cook the meat until tender with a cup of water and the salt. (I use an instant pot). If using brown rice (add the brown rice to the pot and cook with the meat. I usually use oatmeal and add it while the meat is still cooling. If you are using a whole chicken, you can cook the organs with the meat and bone.

Note: It is important to remove all bones from the meat mixture after cooking

Once the instant pot is depressurized and the meant is still warm/hot, remove the bones. and break the meat apart with a fork. In a separate bowl mix the eggs as iff you are scrabmling them. Add the eggs and oatmeal to the meat mixture. Measure the salt (per pound) and add to the meat mix.

While the meat is cooling, drain the sardines and measure out the supplements.

Once the meat mixture is completely cool add the supplements and mix well. Add the sardines and avocado oil and mix to encorporate.

The amount of meat to feed your cat varies and there are various feeding calculators that you can use to determine how much to feed your cat. You will probably be surprised that they require less food than you think to keep them in top shape.

I feed my cats a diet of 50% commercial cat food and 50% meat.

Kitty Bloom also has a probiotic supplement that you sprinkle on the food before feeding. You can find the different Kitty Bloom supplements on their website. Tell them that Laura Hannah referred you.  https://www.bloomproductsllc.com/product/kitty-bloom-vm-9003/
